Kryler (2023)

An experiment in character design and rigging, Kryler was designed as an imposing brawler with a jagged silhouette. Visual style aimed to combine a modern stylized look with retro, cel-shaded video game models.

Modelled in Blender, textured in Photoshop and rendered in Eevee.

Out in the Void (2023)

An astronaut dreams of home while stranded on a distant moon. Looked to evoke the nostalgic feel of PS1 era graphics with a quiet piece celebrating our tiny existence in the cosmos.

Featuring audio by Bailey Autry.

Animated and rendered in Blender Eevee, edited and composited in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Horseshoe Hopes (2022)

Senior Capstone Film for VCUArts Animation. Screened at the Benson Film Festival 2023.

Inspired by the look of childhood picture books, including the work of Eric Carle.

Feeling {Oscillated} (2023)

A melancholic series featuring character models rendered in Blender Cycles, edited in Photoshop and processed further in TouchDesigner.

Project Lilith: Archive (2022)

One of a few experiments with analog horror, this short uses custom graphics and animations for everything seen on screen.

Assets created in Photoshop and After Effects, edited in Premiere.

Analog Brainscapes (2022)

Inspired by barely remembered dreams. Photography ran through analog scramblers and recorded off a genuine CRT.

Color corrected and edited in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Night City Atmosphere (2022)

Full 3D city built in Maya, rendered in Arnold, and composited in NukeX with live-action footage.

Animated signs, fog, and flying cars complete this cyberpunk vibe-piece.
